2. What we do & do not do

We are not a firm of solicitors and we do not provide legal, financial or debt advice. We collect enquiry details and, with your consent, introduce you to an SRA-regulated solicitor firm or FCA-authorised debt advisor on our panel. Any advice, case acceptance, retainer terms and outcome are the sole responsibility of that panel firm.

3. No guarantee of outcome

Every case is different. Nothing on this site is a promise that a claim will be accepted, succeed, or achieve a particular level of compensation. Fee arrangements are set by the individual panel firm.

4. Using the site

You agree not to misuse the site, submit false information, upload malicious files, or attempt to access data belonging to other users.
