• Case details you provide (housing disrepair, road traffic accident, debt, or other legal matter).
• Supporting documents you upload (ID, proof of address, medical records, photos of disrepair or damage).

• To qualify your enquiry and prepare a case pack.
• To introduce you to a suitable SRA-regulated solicitor firm or FCA-authorised debt advisor from our panel.
• To communicate with you about your enquiry.
• To comply with our legal, regulatory and record-keeping obligations.

4. Who we share your information with

With your consent, we share your case details and supporting documents with the panel firm we introduce you to. We may also share information with our secure IT and storage providers acting as data processors on our behalf, or where required by law.

5. How long we keep it

We keep your enquiry data for up to 6 years to comply with UK limitation periods, unless you ask us to delete it sooner and we have no legal reason to retain it.
